New Appraisal Addendum 1004MC Report Available
ATTENTION APPRAISERS: InnoVia is now offering a new report that gives you important information without spreadsheets! The new Appraisal Addendum 1004MC includes the following:
Current Market Analysis
A breakdown by status of all the listings included in the report, including low/avg/high for several stats like List Price, Sold Price, Sqft, Days on Market, etc. NOTE: these are the current statuses of these listings, not hotsheet events. Also, this table does not take into account any specific time period like the Market Conditions section below it (current to 1 year back). This will result in higher numbers for the first table as it includes all listings in any status that met the search criteria, whereas the second table is calculating data for only one year back.
Market Conditions Addendum to the Appraisal
Reports track one year prior to current date (unless "number of days back" was used in the search to back date the report), broken out by the 3 time periods: prior 7-12 months' prior 4-6 months; and current-3 months.
