Getting the most from your electronic lockbox
NVBR has partnered with GE Supra to provide electronic lockboxes to member brokers. Members can access Supra lockboxes using a GE Display Key, or selected smartphones. For information about the GE Supra lockboxes, talk with your broker.

GE Supra has completed work on its new SupraWEB website! The new website will be available for use on Monday, Nov. 9. SupraWEB is a new improved version of KIMweb, and includes some exciting new tools to help you do business better!
To login to SupraWEB
Login requires your key number and pin.
- Go to www.supraekey.com
- Select Login to SupraWEB (this will be in the same location as the current KIMweb link)
- Enter your key serial number and PIN, select your Board/Association from the dropdown and select Login.

Want to get more than just security out of your Supra electronic lockbox?
The Supra system provides you with information about who was at each of your listings and when they were there. Just let the system know which boxes belong to you by registering them at the KIM website.
Register your lockbox
- Go to the Supra website at www.supraekey.com. Log on to KIM button
- Select your Association/MLS from the list and login by entering your DisplayKey serial number (found on the back of your key) and your PIN
- Select the Add New KeyBox link
- Enter the lockbox serial number and shackle code
- You may also enter the listing ID or MLS number where the box is located for an additional reference to your reports
- Once your KeyBoxes are registered, you'll start receiving a message on your DisplayKEY after you eSYNC, stating how many showings you've had on your listings.
